Rearz Lil Bella

Great nappy!
Soft, super absorbant and despite capacity actually discrete. No noise when moving. Lovely scent. Perfect!

Was super excited for these, given I was a fan of the previous Lil Bella diapers — noting that the previous ones, while they were cute, didn’t have a high capacity relative to most current designs (including Rearz own main line designs).

The first impression when opening these was how thin they are. Not even “thinner than X diapers”, but actually “gone back to 2012” thin.

I thought maybe this was just deceiving, and actually, they would still be capacious. Nope. They are genuinely one of the poorest diapers for capacity of any “new” pamp sold on NRU, or anywhere else for that matter.

Sure enough, after just two wettings, I felt at risk of leaking.

Really disappointing from Rearz, as these do seem like a desperate attempt to cut corners massively under the guise of a “cute new design”.

Sorry i missed a couple of other points i wanted to make on my previous review. The nappies are 4 tab hook & loop which i liked so i can adjust them if i need to & the front landing zone again was a lot softer than previous Rearz nappies which i found were quite stiff so this is another plus from me. I really felt dry & comfortable right up to the point until i changed myself about an hour ago. Yes i had a wet nappy but it certainly didn't feel that way so i can say without doubt the absorbency of these new Lil Bella nappies in keeping you feeling dry & comfortable all day is second to none & feel confident & empowered wearing them. It is so refreshing to actually have a comfortable printed nappy i find comfortable to wear. I have used disposable nappies since @ 2003 so quite a long time. Most of the time i wear the Tena brand both cloth & plastic so i am happy wearing either. I have used Rearz in the past but i have always found them to not fit very well to wide between my legs & way to stiff so i stopped wearing them. I also found that with some of the printed nappies available. However i thought i would give these a try. I never got round to wearing the original Lil bella so i i canot say what they were like so this review is for the latest version. I am currently wearing one now so it is a real time review. I really like how they fit which is the medium size the sizing is good with a really soft feel between my legs with no bunching up which is what i found with other Rearz nappies but not so with these. They don't feel bulky so for me they have just the right amount of padding making them one of the most comfortable disposable nappies i have worn in ages when it comes to the printed nappies. Despite having been wearing one for the past 3 hours i still feel comfortable & dry & they are so much more discreet which is a real plus for me so i can easily wear one under a skirt with tights as i am now. The design is perfect with out it being over the top so quite feminine with cute butterflies & rainbows as i am not an adult baby but like to wear printed/ coloured nappies sometimes. so to sum up this a really nice well fitting nappy that feels comfortable & gives me the security i need to keep me comfortable & dry, Thank you Rearz this is one of your best nappies in my view & well thought out nappy all round. I will definitely be using them again.
