We're thrilled to resume shipping to European countries and would like to thank all of our customers for their patience over the last few years. Below is our latest delivery information for European countries.
If you order before 3:00 pm Monday - Friday your goods will be despatched the same day.
All items are sent in discreet packaging with no logos on display. The return address and debit/credit statement will show "IncoShop Ltd" or "Napus Ltd". All prices exclude VAT.
Please note: Bank holidays are non-working days. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day. There may be a delay in shipping and collection times.
Key Information
- Items that are subject to tax are calculated and charged at the local tax rate during checkout. For example, if your order is being delivered to Germany, the tax charged would be 19%. Any UK taxes will not apply.
- As all taxes are paid during checkout, no additional taxes or fees should be charged prior to delivery.
- At the present time, the maximum order value excluding the delivery charge is £125. If you're looking to spend more than this amount you can place multiple orders however delivery charges will still apply to all orders.
- All orders are charged in GBP (£).
- Orders can only be sent to residential addresses. Business addresses, post offices, pickup/collection points or similar cannot be used. Any orders to a non-residential address will be cancelled and refunded.
- Please contact us if during checkout you're unable to select your desired country or see a message that there are no rates available.
- All orders are shipped with DPD however orders may be delivered by local delivery couriers where DPD is unavailable.
- All orders must be shipped to Home addresses, Delivery to business addresses or post boxes may not be delivered.
- Orders may have multiple tracking numbers.
- Shipping costs are shown during checkout and are automatically calculated based on location and weight.
- Some countries require a personal identification number prior to delivery. At present this includes Norway and Spain.
- Delivery times can be subject to uncontrollable delays at customs checkpoints.
- There may be times when some international delivery options are temporarily unavailable.
